Terms of Service

Welcome to MacroPulse Learning. These Terms of Service govern your use of our site at macropulseup.com and the services, digital courses, and physical materials offered by MacroPulse Learning. By using our offerings, you accept these terms.

1. Services

MacroPulse Learning provides:

Live instructor-led sessions (in-person or online)
Access to digital courses and study guides
Printed or packaged materials for training purposes

2. Fees and Payment

All fees are stated in local currency and must be settled prior to participation. Payments are processed via secure methods. By submitting payment, you warrant that you are authorized to use the chosen payment method.

3. Schedule Changes and Cancellations

If you need to reschedule a live session, please notify us at least 5 days prior to the scheduled date. We offer one complimentary reschedule per session without any additional charge. Requests made less than 5 days before your session may incur additional fees.

4. Refund Policy

4.1 Live Training Services

Cancellations made more than 7 days before the first session receive a full refund of the service fee, processed within 10 business days. Cancellations between 3 and 7 days before the first session qualify for a 50% refund. Cancellations less than 3 days before the first session are non-refundable due to resource allocation. Rescheduling is available as described in Section 3.

4.2 Digital Courses

Access to digital courses is granted immediately after payment. If you request a refund within 7 days of purchase without having accessed any module or downloaded materials, we will issue a full refund, processed within 10 business days. Once any content is accessed or downloaded, the purchase becomes final and not eligible for a refund.

4.3 Physical Materials

Orders of printed materials can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. After 24 hours, materials are printed and prepared for shipment; cancellations at that point are subject to a 30% restocking fee. Once shipped, materials can be sent back within 14 days in original condition for a 70% refund of the product fee, after inspection. You are responsible for shipping costs for returns. Refunds are processed within 10 business days of receipt.

5. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Revisions become effective upon posting. Your continued use after changes indicates acceptance.
